We understand that people have busy lives and schedules and things do happen, sometimes unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your appointment more than 72 hours before you scheduled appointment we encourage you to do this through your personal JaneApp profile.
All cancellations within 72 hours need to be done via phone (250 203 1398). This allows the professional (also with very busy lives and schedules!) to accommodate someone who is on their waitlist or move other bookings around to ensure a productive schedule. Thank you for your help in this regard.
Cancellations that are within 24 hours may be charged with the full fee of services booked. Please call us, no matter how close to your scheduled time, so we can try to fill the cancelled spot.
Cancellations with no communication will be charged 100% of the fee of service booked.
We appreciate your cooperation and efforts managing your schedule and prompt communication with us at Healing Hands Therapy when something does occur that requires you to cancel/reschedule your booked appointments.
